To further improve our customer service levels we have invested heavily in a new customer relationship management (CRM) system, which is manned by a highly experienced and dedicated team of industry experts who between them have over 100 years of experience.

The new system logs every enquiry and ensures that each enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible, resolving your enquiry with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. The CRM system is designed so that we have complete sight of all incoming enquiries, the time those enquiries remain open and 'flags' set to highlight anything that seems to be taking longer to resolve than we believe a customer would expect.
