NVQ Level 3 Plumbing Students

In 2013 Stuart Turner announced its commitment to supporting the nation's plumbers of the future. For eighteen months we have been working with colleges across the UK to support Level 3 NVQ Domestic Plumbing and Heating courses by providing training seminars and donating products for the students to work on within the workshops.

Richard Ballard, quality and training manager for Stuart Turner, has been visiting colleges and training workshops to deliver our 'best practice' training module and offer advice on installations and water pressure boosting pumps and waste water removal pumps. We also provide pumps and a series of training aids to help students perform on-site tasks in the classroom, to further support newcomers to the industry.

Our work with NVQ level 3 students has delivered a valuable insight into the future of our industry and we are delighted not only with the feedback we have received but with the opportunity we have to help the next generation of installers gain the necessary skills and knowledge to help secure the future of the industry.

And of course, we hope to grow our Stuart Turner fan club along the way!
