pump to qualify for your extended guarantee:
All Monsoon pumps are supplied with a 3 year
guarantee as standard which can be extended to 5 years**
All Showermate pumps are supplied with a 1 year
guarantee as standard which can be extended to 2 years.
** Please note: The 5 year extended guarantee only applies to
pumps manufactured from April 2010 onwards. Pumps manufactured
prior to this date are only eligible for a 2 year guarantee, which
can be extended to 3 years. You can identify the date of
manufacture from the pump Serial No. For example
1234567-123 denotes a manufacture year of 2012 and
the week number 34.
