Mark Ayckbourn joins Stuart Turner with over 25 years of extensive experience in the development and manufacturing of well-known products within the plastics industry. His career has been marked by his ability to lead teams through the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful national and international sales. Mark’s leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation, particularly within the consumer electronics sector, where he has collaborated with prominent organisations such as the NHS, Boots, Walmart, and Selfridges.

Throughout his career, Mark has demonstrated a unique ability to guide product lifecycle teams and senior executives in achieving growth and fostering innovation. His strategic insights and hands-on experience in product development have consistently resulted in the delivery of high-quality, market-leading products. Beyond his corporate achievements, Mark has also made a significant impact as a consultant, where he has successfully transformed numerous companies. Notably, he founded a start-up that grew into a thriving enterprise with 350 employees.

Mark’s appointment as Domestic Product Manager is a key strategic decision for Stuart Turner as it continues to expand its product offerings and strengthen its position in the market.
