When registering your Stuart Turner product for warranty registration or contacting our support team for help, you will need to know the Serial Number of your product.
Your product serial number can be found on a 'silver metallic label'
1. On the product itself

2. Fixed the the back of the accompanying 'Installation and Operation' booklet

3. On the end of the original packaging carton

The serial Number will usually take the form of a 10 digit code separated by a 'dash' e.g. '1910012-265'
This serial number tells us exactly when your product was manufactured and other information that is essential for us to assist you with any future technical or warranty claim support.
