Project summary
Many older residential blocks of flats rely on galvanised steel tanks, which have become corroded and do not meet current water regulations.
The challenge
Replace an old galvanised steel tank that was corroded, unsealed and presenting a risk of water contamination in a location with restricted access.
The solution
Given the need for the replacement tank to fit through a standard doorway, a two piece tank was supplied, completely sealed with a close fitting access cover and manufactured from modern GRP materials.
