This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Stuart Turner Limited’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year commencing 1 October 2024 and ending 30 September 2025.

This statement covers the activities of Stuart Turner Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries, being: Stuart Turner Aquaboost, Mikrofill Systems Limited and Aquatronic Group Management Limited (and references to “Stuart Turner”, “we”, “us”, “our”, the “group” or the “company” are to Stuart Turner Limited and the members of its group).

This is the second statement being made by Stuart Turner under section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and trafficking in our business and supply chains and are working on reviewing and refreshing our approach to complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our structure

Stuart Turner is a manufacturing business located in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire and includes three wholly owned subsidiary businesses, being: Stuart Turner Aquaboost, based in Eggborough, North Yorkshire; Mikrofill Systems Limited located in Redditch, Worcestershire and Aquatronic Group Management Ltd, based in Colchester and Manchester. In total, we employ approximately 230 people based in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

The group has an annual turnover in excess of £60 million.

Our business

The main activity carried out by Stuart Turner is the manufacture and sale of a range of water boosting products across a broad range of residential and commercial application. Stuart Turner Aquaboost manufacture both standard and bespoke water boosting installations specifically aimed at the commercial and OEM market while Mikrofill Systems design and manufacture commercial condensing boilers, hot water loading systems, dosing pots, and pressurisation equipment. AGM Ltd provide installation and maintenance services for water booster sets and pressurisation units to the building services, process and water industries.

Demand for our products is consistent throughout the year and is not subject to seasonality.

Our supply chains

We source a range of materials, including polymers, metals, electronics, packaging and other such products together with related services from the UK, Europe, and Asia that enable the manufacture of our range of water boosting products at our four sites in the UK.

Like many organisations, we outsource some services to keep our operations running effectively, such as maintenance, cleaning, logistics, and IT.

No labour provided to the group in the pursuance of the provision of its own services is obtained by means of slavery or human trafficking. The group strictly adheres to the minimum standards required in relation to its responsibilities under relevant employment legislation in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
